why didn't you just get in the car and call the police? they screamed and yelled at you placing you in fear of your life, thats harassment. Then you said they were getting more aggressive so I'm assuming an aggressive body posture to intimidate you, that's menacing for which they can be arrested. I dont know where you live but you should've called the police. Dont feel ashamed, it's not your duty to take it upon yourself to deal with the bullies like these on the street, it's the police.

Dear Gohan, Had I been son or close relative of some big shot, consulting police may have been useful. But to ordinary Pakistanis (I'm even worse since I consider myself contact-less), this is a day dream. :) I think you have never been to Pakistan or didn't go through Pakistani newspapers lately. I am unable/restricted to post some URLs here due to being a Junior Member otherwise I would have sent you links to today's papers in Pakistan to get you an idea of how terrible the law and order situation is around here.
But I really really appreciate your thoughts. In fact every one in here has been really helpful in getting me understand reaction of varied personalities. Many thanks to you all for contributing your opinions.
Ur a BIG coward! Not that u didnt fought with two strong guys but the reason u didnt fought was that they were stronger than u and u didnt wanted to get hurt.. u would had been brave if u were stronger than them and didnt fight...
Thanks Degas for brining me some food for thought. I really don't know what would I have done If I had an upper hand. I think we should control our anger when dealing with persons who are weaker than us (in any way); I'll try my best to remember that always. Thanks man for giving me your honest opinion. :)
If this was in pakistan, it was a wise thing to leave. My cousin was murdered a couple of months ago. Before his murder, he was attacked with blades all over his body. He reached home in a semi concious state. He did not care about all of this and was murdered a few weeks later.
i think ur SMART...if u had gone and and fought them...surely u wud have gotten ur bum kiked...and u knew dat...so it was pretyy smart of u to silently walk away...and not get into some stupid stuff....good job man...and its not being a coward...its haviin respect ofr urself...:)
You did the right thing in that situation. I hope you did exhange insurance information, etc.. But, if you didn't, then you should have memorized the motorcycle's tag and should have reported it to police/insurance.
uncontrollable,
You made the right choice, plus one who has better control is the winner. Real battles are won by the brain not just brawn.
And remember Braveheart?
When William's uncle takes charge of his upbringing on the death of his father in battle, William asks him to teach him to use the sword to which his burly Scot uncle tells him pointing to his head in his thick Scottish accent "Furrst I shall teach ya how ta use thes...!" And then picking up the sword says "...then I shall teach ya how ta use thes!"
