but that can happen any where - so given all places have equal risks, masjids might be the best place to hold voting.
You idea makes lot of sense. May be put a Quran on top of the ballot boxes too and before they vote ask them to take an oath that it is a genuine vote ? A Muslim no matter how corrupt will avoid to commit any sin in front of Quran.

Very little people have nerves and guts to do anything illegal inside masjid in the month of Ramadan on Friday.
You are giving too much credit to our people. There is hardly any change in overall behavior of people during Ramzan.

I believe NADRA has collected "fingerprints" of all ID card holders, votes should be casted electronically ONLY (show card to enter the polling station, go to touch screens which presents the choices, select it and then use thumb to cast vote). Before voting begins, NADRA should run a fingerprint matching to see how many ID cards are issued to one person to knock out fake IDs. This may be a "huge" investment, if we can spend millions/billions in "rental power plants" then why not "rental voting system".
