What do you think ANP and it's student wings do in their free time? Ever heard their slogans? If anything MQM is a party trying to become a national party irrespective of ethnic or linguistic basis, while PPP, the largest party is trying to become more ethnic linguistic based.
But the important question remains, why do so many parties like JSQM, SNF, STPP, BNP, JWP PKMAP etc etc. exist in the first place? Could their be some underlying reason some want to hide? Could it be a response to the biggest ethnic linguist group in Pakistan?

The point of the SDF's rebuttal was for the MQM to join the other nationalist forces in Sindh to present a untied front to the you know who establishment to gain back Sindh's stolen rights. I 100% agree with this. Trying to change the establishment from within has had limited success so far.

Altaf did 3 interviews after BB died in quick succession, in each one of them he started off seriously and then created sham-e-ghareebaan with is dramabaazi and shed some crocodile tears too.

Well this is sheer exagerration from you. There are many more players responsible for spreading ethnic hatred.

Sorry freind. No bat intention ment, but IMHO MQM is the single best organized and structured organization that seems to promote Ethnic hatred. Please tell me of any other group in Pakistan that (working from a single ethnic group) has precisely attacked other ethnic groups on no other basis than the fact they existed, it simply has not happened. Certainly other such groups exist i.e. the BNP, ANP, Sindhi nationalists and so forth, but none is well organized like MQM, nor has any made extermination of rival ethnic groups an agenda. The way MQM targetted and attacked rival politcal ethnic groups at its height is something thats never happened in Pakistan

Another exagerration, certainly there have been riots and excesses on the part of the MQM but not to that extent.

It was to that extent in the early 90's. Then Babar and the govt stepped in to get the MQM back in line.

What and when was the last terrorist action the MQM carried out?
I though that they've kept in line and acted like any other Pakistani political party ever since they were smacked around and put back in line for bad behaviour in the 90s?

Forgetting the May 2007 carnage? Also, the mainstream terrorist activities like the 90s may have reduced, but the loot maar, bhatta collection, decoits, etc that never stopped. That still has to go on covertly because as the 'rulers' of Karachi they cant do what they did in the 90s openly anymore.

for neutral people like me, this letter is fine, and he is trying to reduce gap between Mohajir’s and sindhis, which is very necessary because all of the mohajir’s live in that region
as usual other people bias and take the letter as aganist punjab

Isn't that just normal behavior by any of Pakistan's democratic parties?
May 2007 events though do show the MQM to be remarkably more violent than other parties, however. Not even the student wing of the JI has ever been that brazen in attempted intimidation.

Its not normal behaviour to have a jahil appointed as a leader of a Pakistani party (although enough countries consider them as terrorists), who promotes terror and violence on streets and at neighbourhoods then goes outside of the country performs hate sermons on Indian territory against Pakistan. Yes we know you are very impressed by his speeches. No wonder, Its so normal for you.
