Tanzeemi committee is the one which runs infrastructure within the organization. For example, appointments of Sector/Unit officials and running the domestic structure with dealing “internal” issues.
Raabita committee is like the central executive committee which makes the decisions (ofcourse when it already has come from Bhai) and then propogates domestic and outside. It has precedence but the other day when tanzeemi committee ppl ran over them, they got into trouble.
