Since you are very much biased against BBZ, even his right statement creates a pain. What he said he would not divide Sindh on the basis of ethnicity. Every one will be a great loser including Pakistan, if this happens.
I want to know what your leader IK's reaction on that? You should worry about your leader who is really a stupid and sht stirrer without any brains. He can only speak against drones, stopping NATO supplies, and praise the Talibobs. Shame on such leader and his stupid nirale, who are now dreaming to rule whole Pakistan.

The solution he is presenting and the way he presented in public would be of absolutely no help to Urdu speaking people. I don't know why he doesn't understand that people may be voting for him but are not willing to suffer heavy cost of going that path.
Urdu speaking people have already witnessed extreme hatred from the rest of Pakistan due to Altaf's confrontational politics. Now Altaf is going to throw them towards chaos even more.

As Anthony Eden once famously backed his policy of non interference in Spanish Civil War by saying something like "communists and fascists are killing each other (in Spain), so let them, it's only good for the humanity". In this case we have MQM and PPP trying to cancel each other out, quite perfect scenario me thinks. Therefore I would say that my leader should stay out of this whole racist mess and let both ethnocratic parties likes PPP and MQM burn in their own fire. Like you very aptly said, he should focus on commenting on the issues that directly concern his province and the Fed Government such as NATO supplies, drones and issue of the Taliban. However, just to let you know, Imran isn't against creating new non ethnically defined provinces for the purpose of better administration and fair distribution of resources, so I'd say be careful with what you wish for.
Pakistan is not anyone's *baap ki jagee*r, whichever party gets the majority votes in free and fair elections get to rule Pakistan. If PTI for being a Punjab based political party for 20 years can get a government in KPP then they can probably one day rule Pakistan as well. What can I say, Ghee shakar in your mouth along with burnol in hand.

Karachi need to be run by Karachi local govt. It's need to be get rid by waderas of interior sindh who have almost Zero presence in Karachi poltics. As far AH statement I have same as usual to said for him, HE must think a lot of time before making a speech that what he is going to talk his words may taken wrong as in Josh he forget anything.

True that every city should be run by its own representatives. MQM has tried it hard to come up with some sort of agreement with PPP on local bodies. They negotiated for about 3 years on this subject. Finally the two did come up with a compromise on local bodies. But then extremists like Ayaz Paleejo and new Pir Pagara rose up and said that this draft is a conspiracy by MQM/PPP to divide Sindh. :smack.
They found large support in rural Sindh. PPP's support floundered. PPP found its future at stake in Sindh if it continued to implement the compromised local bodies system. So PPP buckled. **PPP abrogated the compromise made with MQM **in order to keep its political support in Sindh.
PPP did all this knowing fully well that it will result in confrontation and rise in hatred between new and old Sindhis. And now we are seeing the angry Altaf again. As usual he is saying things which will ultimately hurt the party and its supporters.
And like I said earlier, PPP is also now under an extremist blogger like Bilawal.
MQM needs to continue its struggle through peaceful means. It needs to try to get support from other echelons of power, like federal government, army, and judiciary. Just street fights will not help it in achieving the goal.

The fool doesn't realize that Karachi is benefitting so tremendously from Sind. Today Sind is the most viable place for industries as the cost of energy is the lowest in Sind due to uninterrupted supply of cheap Sind gas which cost Rs. 7 per unit for power generation.. compared to 18-30 rupees per unit for any sort of energy mix for industries any where in the country. If there is a better law and order in Karachi.. the industrial growth in the city will be huge all because of Sind resources. In fact Karachi (not rural Sind) is the largest beneficiary of Sind resources due to close proximity of the port and availability of skilled work force.
If rural Sind representatives agree to AH proposal of making Karachi a separate province.. The rural Sind will progress tremendously.. and industries in Karachi will practically close down. The industrial base will shift from Karachi to rural Sind.. thus increasing the tax contribution/generation, employment etc. in rural Sind. With the availability of cheap gas and petroleum resources.. rural Sind will become the richest area in Pakistan. Karachi will face an economic disaster if this happens.. with rampant unemployment.

It is not about having a brain but about having the will. Feudals in PPP would not want to industrialize the province and lose their grip on common people.
Another thing which is prohibiting industrialization is the fear of outsiders coming in and making Sindhis minority. That was the excuse given by nationalist parties to oppose the project of Zulfiqarabad port.
Hundreds protested in Thatta and gave a hours long sit-in on the National Highway against the proposed scheme of Zulfiqarabad on the call of Jeay Sindh Qomi Mahaz (JSQM).
Speaking to the a massive protest, JSQM Chairperson Sanan Qureshi said that Zufiqarabad Port was a conspiracy against Pakistan. He said that the terrorists and fascists among Urdu speaking community of Sindh are attempting to not only manage their rift with the native Sindhi people but also are planning to divide Sindh.
It may be noted that nationalist parties are continuously staging protests and rallies against the Zulfiqarabad project, terming it as anti-Sindh, which will turn the indigenous people of Sindh into minority.

Mind you. I did not agree to Altaf's idea of dividing Sindh. I said it is a bad idea. I think implementation of local bodies government is more important than dividing the province.
