Well, constitution is garbage when it is used selectively so that country is looted and masses are exploited. If you think of it, you will find that there is no constitutional laws for politicians, bureaucrats and their relatives as well as friend when it comes to punishing them for crimes … and also there is no constitutional laws for ordinary Pakistanis when it comes to their rights.
Only people in Pakistan who get punished are those who could not buy (bribe) laws, are not powerful enough to use papers constitution is written as toilet paper, or got unfortunate because those in power (at the time) gone against them and want to punish them.
On the other hand, only people in Pakistan who get rewarded are not because of their constitutional rights (based on merit), but because they have money to buy rewards (give rushwat), have contacts to get rewarded, are related to someone at top post, or got lucky big way.
That is constitution of Pakistan what I mentioned. … So what you would like to call it?
‘Respectable constitution’ … or … ‘garbage constitution’?
