thanks terrible guy. yes they r scam. i googled their address, phone number everything n nothing came up. then i revisited their website(which was under construction) n they had a different address this time. i gooled it again on mapquest n again its a wrong address. they hav stopped calling me now 
they hav put you-tube videos of another device by another company(pretending as if its their own ) but actually sell another prodtuct… the one u mentioned for same price tag.
there is another company
Power-Save Energy Corp.- Save Energy, reduce electric bills, power save, save power, power-save, , low electric bills, lower electric bill, lower, electric, bill, lower heating bill and n their you-tube Ad looks very impressive. i’ll research more on this one. its by some US company looks, recognized by electricity department as they claim, looks authentic plus customer’s testimonial on their website.
