1-getting a good pair of comfortable running shoes. 2-finding the time for walk--which is good for you--weather is not too cold---and safe to walk. 3-find a place to walk. IT could be your street. a park near by. 4-Get used to work out. Like a normal thing. U get off the sofa put shoes on and go out... Get used to it.
