No, it's not that heavy. Although it's heavier than those fancy little cameras, but it gets the job done. Results are before you. I would rather carry around something heavier and get better and clearer results than carry something lighter and have dark and blurry pictures and regret I couldn't capture the moments :)

Here are some more from my trip to Alabama this weekend. I loved the place. Nice, clean, full of oxygen, mountains :love: I climbed on this mountain (hald way, and then I got tired) where I am standing and taking pics, and while coming down, I was almost running…and I stumbled and fell 
But I saved the camera as it was hanging around my neck

The second and last one is very good. You should try some pictures in different day timings (from morning till evening), and let's see the change in picture's colour and beauty.
Specially, take pic of a city in lights, before 1 hr of sunset till sunset (Specially East and West sides).
You'll get a very nice colour scane.
Keep it up and we are waiting for your nice pics to be used as our desktop wallpaper.
