The old one I had was good for normal distance but did not work when I had to zoom in. THe pics would come out dark and blurry when zoomed in and between pictures, you would have to wait at least 10 seconds before it would be ready to take another pic, with this one, the wait is only a couple of seconds. I love it already :love:
