INDIA is lucky to come in the semis, its pure luck. Agar pakistani team kaanchay khelne mai thori achi hoti aur GotiaaN , to ham nay wicket ko nishaana maar kar, INDIA ko Air India kar dena tha.

huh...India was still qualifying based on net run-rate..what are you talking about? That bowl out had no impact on any team really. except for some browny points for us... :D

as far as supporting goes, f&b got it right, I'll wait till Pak & NZ game to put my bet ;)

Not 100% wrong...but at same time NZ would face india 9 times outta ten than Pak in any form of game and specially in Semi.
I think for India. there is nothing to chose from between two. We see both of them of equal strength. Infect I will chose NZL in semis just for the nerve factor. :D

anyway I was rooting for Pakistan India semi final and now I will be rooting for Pakistan India final. Reason is to see if India can beat Pakistan in a meaning full match in a World Cup. If they do then I will say 1-0 India, otherwise it will be 1-0 Pakistan.

No..I dont.. :D this means all the wins of Pak against India was not meaning full. Next time dont bring W/L count of India vs Pak game. None of them were in worldcup final. Therefore they are inconsequential.

smartass I am talking about a meaningful result in the context of the World Cup. Outside the World Cup our record is full of meaningfull and meaningless victories

Thanks to the format of this tournament, I never liked Bhaji Chucker as much as I liked him today. And RP Singh ki tau kiya hi baat hai :k:
Now if Pak can hold off NZ in the semis and India can do the other favor of knocking out Aussies in the semis, it will lay up the perfect final. I think Pakistan has a severe mental block when facing SA or Aus (our recent win against Aus notwithstanding). I’d rather Pak face India in the final (whom we have never beaten in a WC match) than to play Australia. We all know how Aus raise their game in the clutch matches i.e. finals.

I can see Pak players vigorously practising BOWL-OUTS before the match in the event of an INDIA-PAK FINAL.
Pakistani dont believe on such victories so don't bother to practice for it even if they lose. I guess none of the team in world other than India practice for it, and which suggest Pakistan let them win so that they don't get eliminated in first round.

pakistanis must be relieved that they dont have to face saffies in semi
new zealand, especially a team they have done well against is a perfect setup for the big stage
india has stiff task against aussies, we know how they step their game up in crunch matches, we saw how they destroyed sri lankans when they were fighting for a spot for semis
