All girls/boys schools versus co-ed schools

Re: All girls/boys schools versus co-ed schools

It did. I am scarred for life.

Re: All girls/boys schools versus co-ed schools

I've studied in both and i somehow found co-ed much better. It gives you more confidence, better decision making power and better social skills.

P.S. better , GIDSA get rid of it right now!!!

Re: All girls/boys schools versus co-ed schools

The bottom line is that the real world is coed. Its better for students to get used to that as early as possible.

Re: All girls/boys schools versus co-ed schools

I was in all-girls schools all my life and I turned out to be just normal. You get to interact with the opposite gender in universities anyway so if you were lacking any social skills prior to that, you'd be alright by the time you graduate. Funnily enough, some of my closest friends in uni were males.

So don't get too worked up on what school your kids should go to. If they're coming out of schools like "chichoras", it's not because they didn't get to interact with the opposite gender but because they totally failed at education, the purpose of which is to make you a better person.
