that is a false statement :) GS mods overall had very little to do with it, so they dont take the criticism personally, their responsibility is GS which they are doing a tremendous job of running.

no thats not it at all…

gs was simpler easier and smaller than AD .. its maily personal choice.. its the number of clicks that take me to my guppu friend’s blogs that make me wanna leave.. its the inconvinience u kno thats putting me off ..
only i wish AD was more user friendly like showing which blogs have new posts so u dont waste time going on them againand again…
most importantly is expressive smilys like these

It may well be false. I agree that mods should not take any criticism of Alldosts personally and should focus on their role here.

However I base my statement on seeing a couple of threads (from the top of my head) about Alldosts locked, with statements by mods that a lot of effort has gone into Alldosts and if you don't like it then don't visit it. That seems kind of sensitive to me. Criticism can be unhealthy although people do have the right to express themselves so long as they don't try to infringe upon others rights, but constructive criticism should always be encouraged.

kall i managed to work from home…yippyyyyyyyyyyyy

it was raining like hell… and i had some eye allergies so i put 2 and 2 together and thought this would be a perfect excuse to do it … work from home that is … so i called in and told poor steve how i cant drive with these eye allergies and he understood and yai hubby was home .. kids were home and i was home too … :nuch:

i made chicken pulao while sending a request to work.. hehehhe that was easy!

kids were like//mom ur design are really ugly.. heehhehheh
over all i had fun… wish i could do it everyday.. ahh
