in the guise of their friendship u and ibn taymiyah is just creating more differences out of nothing between the personalities of sayyidna siddiq akbar and sayyidna Ali
shaykh ninowy has written a whole paper on why prefering sayyina ali over all other companions ( while having the utmost respect for sayyidna umar & sayyina abu bakr) is not a rafidha belief.And this view is consistently present (albiet a minority )in all generations of scholars of ahle sunnah
