Americans have secret spy satellities that measure radiation. They have radiation detectors in ports. They have coast gaurd boats with special 'radiation measuring' devices that can scan an entire ship from hunderds of yards away. In one interview, the coast gaurd member stated that they even people who have had radiation therapy for cancer are detected on the ships. It will be very hard to sneak in nukes into usa.
