I was like you I use to be nocturnal. Now I can't go to sleep in night. which is not good for health.
Please change your habbit otherwise you will parayshan like me.
Jub so naheen sakain to kuch kar bhi naheen saktay raat kay waqt is liaay kay sub so rahay hotain hain aur raat kay waqt halka shor bhi bohat taiz lugta hai sub ki neend kharab hoti hai.
Phir letay bhi naheen raha ja sakta musalsal jagti halat main. Is tarha bohat parayshani hoti hai.
Us ka hal yay nikala main nain kay raat ko gupshup visit karti hoon.
Main bhi raat bhar par'ha karti thi din ko soya karti thi. Adat bun jati hai phir.

Heera thankQ very much for your advice but its really hard for me to change coz i ve been doing this for the past 7 years and i ve gotton very used to it.
^ ths the exact reason why i do night shifts ... coz i ve been studying for the past 7 years and now am in uni and theres even more work so mujh raat ko sukoon milta hai amongst other reasons ... but i got another three years here at uni in egypt and to work in day time is very hard due to the weather being hot and stuffy ....
but i ll have to try ...

Happens with me all the times. Sometimes I meet some people (read it chicks) and I always remember them.

That's right. Most boys don't remember people (especially girls) for the bad things they've done to us. We remember good things only and tend to overlook the bad things.
