story is beginning to pick up. enjoyed last episode even thou it dragged and had many pointless scenes. i wonder if the actors' reallife personalities influenced the charcters they were assigned to play, ie sanam baloch playing the hypocrite and 'meesnee' becky and humaima playing the liberal yet honest sarah

if uhave ever follwed their interviews u'd know. sanam baloch potrays herself as the girl next door with eastern values and strong religious background and by her own definition of eastern/religious, she is anything but that. per inside industry info, she's dated several co stars and then there's the story (which i cant validate thru my sources) of her relationship with a sindi channel CEO

^he is super old! and she was with him when she was 16( thats when she hosted two tv sindhi tv shows on his channel) seriously gross. her mom is a singer who also got alot of coverage on his channel. and lets not forget the whole farooq mengal drama :s

Haha agree they have taken the whole westernised desi girl thing too far at times. Would be funny if akbar goes to the dark side, he's already worried he will give into temptation.

In Mitrat ul Uroos Ashgari was very nice and soft.

This drama is getting tedious to watch. I only watch the last 10 minutes and figure out what happened.

^ i think hes doing gr8 as a jali peer. everytime he says lal hol and Allah-o-akbar, its so funny n the way he was cunningly checking at asghari while attending her nikkah. though its sad how some ppl use islam for their wrong doings but its just a character n adds strength to the story. if not for him akbar would never hav gone to usa n married asghari.

for me the annoying ones r hatim, his wife, aunt sush, her son prem and Asghari herself. rest r all doing good.
