Although, personally, I think that most of the stuff in the article is close to reality, but it is not easy to sue the newspaper if it is not. The reason being that this is an article based on Kasab’s testimony and is not a news report nor investigative report. Kasab told the investigative officers in India these things and those officers narrates them to the writer (directly or indirectly). If anything is untrue, the newspaper has the simple defense that the story is based on Kasab’s testimony, and not their responsibility.
