Exactly she's like 37/38 and most Hollywood celebs (and women in general I believe) are at the peak of their beauty at that age. She should be positively glowing at this stage of her life. I always thought she's blessed with amazing features, sadly she doesn't have that inner beauty that shines through. She has certain witchiness about her.

I wonder if she's depressed. Some people will recklessly stuff themselves with food to take their mind off things that are stressing them out. And if she were depressed (hypothetically speaking), she wouldn't dare show it as she's very prim and proper in public and always weighs her words ....and being married into the Bachan family could make her even more self-conscious than before.
Some people let themselves go after marriage because they figure...."Meh, I got the girl or the guy, so no need to hit the gym or shave my legs, etc." But in her case, that doesn't make sense because she's an actress, so her profession puts pressure on her to maintain her looks.
Pregnancy could be a possibility, but I havent read that she's preggers. It could just be that she's becoming lazy (happens to everyone). Or maybe she's realizing that since she's in her late 30s....she can only play youthful roles for so long and then the offers for movies will start to dwindle. (Examples: Madhuri, Juhi, Urmilla, Raveena, Preity, even Rani had a dry spell for a while)....so this realization might even make her become more relaxed about maintaining her looks.
