Frauds, my advice is to call up a travel agent. My last 2 trips to UK we flew Air India, the fare was pretty reasonable, we flew last April (2nd week) for about $450 each). Plus with travel agents u can make car reservations too, so becomes very convenient. Dunno if it goes from Chicago tho.
Try Airgorilla.com. They are consolidators so their fares are lower than most of the travel sites like Expedia or Orbitz. My husband got tickets on BA through them to ISB for about $300 less than BA's web site.
thanks for the advise, let me know of any good agents that u have used.
and no need for hotel or car in UK, gonna stay at home, and take the tube everywhere. and cab it if ned be. A car is more of a hassle than anything.
Amana thanks for the link.
I am also stuck waiting for the kids birth certificates to arrive, because only then can we get their passports made, that is another potential plan killer :(
I'm subscribed to TravelZoo, they email some really interesting deals. Sometimes I wish i could just get on the plane and go. I hate limited vacation times!
