well said, confettiguy ;) a good example might be eP's irtiqa! i still remember what an arse kicking response it got from critics like Mohammad A. Qayyum who had mercilessly bashed jehanzeb's parastish earlier in one of his cruel reviews :( the only critic who has somehow admired jehanzeb's talents as a singer has been chowk.com's Fizza Rehman ** link removed **or sir Nadeem Farooq Paracha (a.k.a NFP)... A critic's job is to criticise an artist's work in a decent manner and should point out the flaws in his album rather than bashing him badly as if he/she is the worst singer in the universe!
