Here's the thing I really don't get about this story. Supposedly the guy resisted her sexual advances and wouldn't have sex with her. I can't conceive of the fact that she was so strong and irate that she grabbed his ball through a pair of levis or something and ripped it off, pant crotch and all. Ergo, I deduce that he must have been naked.
Why get drunk and naked with your ex-lover if you don't intend on having sex? And what about the third person who took the ball out of the girl's mouth and gave it back to the guy now with only one big ball? What's up with that? Why was a third person in the room with these two drunk and naked ex-lovers? Maybe Matsui and Madhanee can shed some light on this since rumor has it that they are often drunk and naked together and sometimes refuse to engage in sex together.
