Believe me this is worse than Vietnam. Almost 650 US and “coalition” soldiers have now been killed in this war, and many, many thousands more injured. It must be noted that 75% of these soldiers have been killed since 1 May 2003, when Bush in effective declared victory in the war in Iraq.

A U.S. Kiowa reconnaissance helicopter crashed in western Iraq Wednesday, killing the two crew members on board, a U.S. Army spokesman said. The spokesman said the crash appeared to have been caused by a mechanical malfunction rather than hostile fire.
