I always tell people I am a few years older than I really am.
Online they believe me as they havent seen me.
In person they always think I am lying.
Exercise and sleep play a significant role in how old you look, along with how you handle stress.
Now that I am overweight I know I look older than I am. Working to fix this, but not due to looking younger, just for general health.
Try not to overburden yourself with stress. It really shows on peoples faces.

it just..bothers me why people worry about how old they look .. c'mon man ..EVERYONE will be old if they LIVED???? obviously u will lose your appeal with time.. and THATS How it should go...i can imagine to put effort in for health reasons, and THATS it..

Ppl think I'm still in highschool. They usually go "you must be 15-16"? When I tell them my real age and that I'm married...they don't believe it.

Very true. And not only thoughts but the physical health of a person is also reflected through their face.

I don't care how old etc. i look ....I think i'm older in terms of my mental age (well, thats wat i believe) n ppl throw your physical age out of the window once you mention you've 3 kids :p

i m 25 but i always hear from ppl...i dont look 25..i look like 18, 19...weird cuz i dont think i look THAT young

nahh dude…everything that comes from guys is crap i simply dont buy what they say.
but almost everyone…bachay, baray, boorhay,girls everyone says the same thing…i believe its good for me that apparently i look younger than my age:blush:

I don't really care about how old I look, and ppl usually guess my right age or they add or drop a year, except a few ppl who have asked me which uni/hs i go to. but I recently lost 10lbs :) so a few days ago a guy asked me how old i was and i told him 23, his reply" shut up, you do not look 23" and i thought nice try dude but i sooo look 23. I also don't get why ppl hide or lie about their age?

i look younger than my age. especially when i put my hair in a ponytail and wear sweatpants or a sweatshirt. Once i was asked to show ID to see a rated R movie. I dont mind looking younger because i know that once i hit my 30s I’ll be glad ppl think im in my 20s. However i dont want to look like a teenager!
