After office hours,

• Jogged for at least one hour on normal days and 2 hours in off days.
• Maghrib Pray
• Spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours in Gym
• Take Dinner
• Offer Isha Pray
• 10~15 minutes walk
• After this paste and sleep

Jog AND gym?

I have to go to the gym in about half hour. But I am in bed due to a crappppyyy day. I am hoping to get out of bed and go to the gym sooooon. Will likely come home spent.
