Thats what they said about Saddam Jrs. what happened after that is no secret with attacks on the rise since lets see the trend and bust yankee bubble one more time.
TASK FORCE “ALL-AMERICAN” SOLDIER DIES FROM IED BLAST
AL HASWAH, Iraq – A soldier was wounded and subsequently died while attempting to disarm an improvised explosive device (IED) during the morning of Dec. 14. The device, discovered by a patrol unit, was hung on a telephone pole near the road. The soldier, a trained explosive ordnance disposal specialist, approached the IED to disarm it when the device exploded.
Baghdad — A U.S. soldier died Sunday while trying to disarm a roadside bomb south of the Baghdad, the U.S. military said.
The device was placed on a telephone pole next to the road near al-Haswah, 40 kilometres south of Baghdad. The soldier, an explosives disposal specialist, approached the bomb to disarm it when it exploded.
He was the 452nd soldier to die in Iraq, according to U.S. Department of Defence statistics. A total of 313 service members were killed by hostile action since the start of the war on March 20.
What a pity. That is 17 US soldiers killed this month alone now.
But that is little comfort to the Iraqi people who have seen tens of thousands of their people, including babies and children killed by the US military in Iraq over the last nine months.

Yes, 18 Iraqis were also killed today by the 'resistance'. So that's 18 more points for those keeping score.
[/QUOTE]
Stick to the point. Any freedom movement cannot survive without popular local support... Unless you are a yank living in your own little world. And are you sure you terrorist did not kill those 18 by standers, after all its only colletral damge...

Well the American terrorists have killed tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians during the last nine months, more than any else or group, so this could be true.

So the 'resistance' has killed more Iraqi's than soldiers, Long live the 'resistance' right?

Go analyze this "Any freedom movement cannot survive without popular local support." and then chew on it. BTW the locals are saying get the hell out since you got saddam.. Does that mean anything or is it another conspiracy.

Let us not forget that some 70% of American soldiers were killed after May 1, the first time Bush declared "victory" in Iraq.

Stay tuned, saddam or no saddam yanks are getting out if the heat is on. I can list quite a few U turns by the monkey especially after body bags started arriving.
Between 1 May (when Bush declared the first “victory”) and 22 July (when American’s were declaring the second “victory” some 94 US soldiers were killed in Iraq.
Since 22 July the resistance has increased hugely and an additional 223 US soldiers have been killed.

How about let the people of Iraq decide.. Naaa, that won't work it has been tried in Algeria already..

Let the Iraqi people decide? Have you not seen how some think that the deaths tens of thousands of Iraqis civilians at the hands of US soldiers, was ending the suffering of the Iraqi people?
Saddam can prove to be a most embarrassing prisoner to have; He knows too much of how the west originally armed Iraq. This is going to be very very amusing. :D . Or will he have the right to say anyting..
After the killing of Saddams sons it was predicted that the Iraqi resistance would collapse, yet 223 soldiers have been killed since. Let sus not forget how many times the American's have been wrong?
His record of ethnic cleansing, rape, murder, torture, displacement, terror, suppression and a million mass graves will be on trial for the whole world to see. He's not going to be an embarassing prisoner but rather a justification for the coalition to take him out.

He might start divulging what he said to his old buddy Rumsfeld when he visited, when there were reports he was gassing people?
But as we saw today US soldiers are continuing to die even after his capture, so some people should be mindful of declaring "victory" a third time, after they were proved so bloodily wrong on the previous two occasions.
