…go and watch some TV while sipping on some good ole Iced Tea. Lately my routine has included a lot more of the “preferred” cold drinks to quench the thirst and battle the summer heat, and I’ve been able to (Alhamdulillah) reduce the intake of my old pal Soda (now soda-free for a few months thanks to a nudge by a friend coughHealthNutcough).

After I’ve watched TV, I’ll probably go to sleep.
