U can use the normal turmeric as well.. wild turmeric is milder compared to the regular turmeric. Less stains :)
Hunny, begin with every alternate day.. u don't want to scrub u're skin with ubtan too often. Then gradually build-up and use it everyday.
For the stains left by ubtan, soak cotton-wool in any astringent/toner and apply it..
