Afridi plays some extra ordinary cricket in every 20 to 25 game or one in 7 series and secures another term of 2 to 3 years in the team.
For last decade Pakistan have been so inconsistent and mediocre that they have kept Afridi for most part on the philosophy of 'chal gaya tou chal gaya, warna baaqi 10 konsay chal rahe hain'.
