There is a big difference - the Pakistan Army and Intelligence services were actually supposed to be hunting for OBL. Whether they were were doing or not is a different thing. Since the US is giving Pakistan Army Aid for hunting terrorists, why dont we jail the entire military and intelligence services for serving foreign interests - something that has happened since day one?
