How much do you know about events in Africa in 2003? My results were appalling (3 out of 10), but I dont think you guys could do any better. No cheating please!

I didn’t know answers to ANY of the questions, just tried using my tukka (with some common sense) and I got 6 correct 
5 … for some reason, i knew more answers to the trivial questions (“What was the name of the python which became a tourist attraction in an East African village”) rather than the more serious ones.

Interesting. 10 multiple choice questions with three potential answers for each. Thus, correct me if I am wrong, a trained monkey picking answers randomly ought to score 3 correct answers.
I shamefully suggest that the next time you wish to confirm various trivia factoids about Africa, you find yourself a trained monkey rather than asking me. :(
