LOL, it never kicks in. And most Pakistanis don't believe in this silly Ummah thing. Our foreign policy just sucks, it's easy to simply blame Iran and Afghanistan for getting buddy-buddy with India.
Iran has no reason to be friends with Pakistan because Pakistan (along with the US) has been sponsoring Jundullah in Iran.
