Because it is ISAF that establish this government in 2001. It is ISAF that funds and supports this government. It is ISAF that does everything to keep them up and running and this is the pathetic stuff that continues to happen. The woman should have never been in jail. She should have never been forced to marry this man. If you think the Afghan Government is independent of ISAF I gotta a bridge I want to sell to you.

This is sign of things to come in any country when religious fanatics take over the government. One can be an ostrich and ignore al evidence or one can choose to keep one’s eyes open. Blaming this on a 3rd party is typical of those who never take ownership of their problems.
