Aeisha Varsey Brides

Re: BRIDAL PICS.

Re: Aeisha Varsey Brides

I am afraid I have to say that Aiesha Varsey and her company are totally unprofessional, greedy and I won't be going back to them. I have read that some people on this thread have described their own bad experiences with her.

Here is our story. My brother in law and his wife to be both had their outfits made here. At the time of the order, they took 50% of the cost. When it came to pick-up, Aeisha Varsey herself gave the Shirwani, and then asked for the "remaining 75%" to be paid. We said we have paid 50% already, 50% remains, and showed her the receipt. "No, this receipt means nothing. Our policy is 25% deposit and then 75% to be paid on collection". She had complete disregard for the customer, and would not even accept her own company's receipt, insisting that their policy is cast in stone and there is no way it can be any different. In fact the receipt was issued by none other than her own HUSBAND! After insisting that she speak with him, she realised that we were indeed telling the truth. Then here is the great bit - there was no apology from Aeisha Varsey, she then declared that there policy was absolutely fixed. What arrogance and complete lack of professionalism and frank discourteousness.

But there is more...
The bridal dress came with a Dupata of course. All the bride's measurements were taken of course (who is of tall height). When we went to see the finished dress, the Dupata was just about long enough to fit a little girl of about 7 years old! "This is what the Dupata is!" we were told. To have the ridicuolous dupata corrected and lengthened to what was obviously the correct length for the dress, she charged an additional ridiculous fee.

But there is more still...
When we finally went to collect the finished dress, the day before the Shadi, we were told that final payment had to be cash and cash only. This was after they had already put the dress in our car. There is an elegant glass plate hanging above their greedy cash desk, that gives all their terms and conditions of business. No where on there does it state that final payment is to be cash only. In fact that was not mentioned at any stage. Again we pleaded that there was no mention of this anywhere, and the wedding was the next day. The girl's side were expecting the dress that day. The staff even called up Aeisha Varsey. She was "too busy" attending a wedding. She sent her husband to go and get rid of the customers. Sure enough, there were no apologies, simply demands that bring the cash or forget the dress. They infact made us bring the dress back out of the car. No respect for the customer.

These people are greedy money-grabbers and there is absolutely no sense of what customer service or professionalism entails.

Do business with them at your risk.

Re: Aeisha Varsey Brides

Did your friend by chance look into the original before going for the replice? Just want to know if it looks amazing in person and if anyone has a price for it (the original)

Re: Aeisha Varsey Brides

No, she was on a very limited budget and there was no point in going to check out the actual dress. Plus she was outside of Pakistan and it wasn't possible to visit the boutique anyway.
