Acrylic nails

Re: Acrylic nails

Well, if you want to wear them just once and take em off a coupla hours later, then I wouldn't recommend Personal fit nails.... from th description in teh pic, I think those are the ones u get at the store, the press-on ones, am i rite?

Acrylic nails don't break that easily. Basically what they do is, they apply the nails and then dip a brush into acrylic powder and water, which forms into gel, and apply it to the fake nail. As for the "consistency" part, well it's not done by a machine, ti's done by people, so there will always be something a bit "off"... it own't be as perfect as if you bought the prepackaged ones from the drugstore. Acrylic nails don't break as easy as it says up there, they're not that brittle. Usually if they're going to come off after some time about 3, 4 weeks, the whole nail comes off easily. nail damage I dunno.... I've noticed ridges after taking em off, but after about a week or so, they're right bak to normal, smooth surface. and I don't know any place that charges around 40-60 for those... theres a bunch of salons around here that charge less than $20...
