i really need these solutions because for some weird freaking reason it’s hitting me now rather than my teenage years wth huh?

P.S. anyone know how to get rid of acne scars???

Yup…that’s what happened to me. Clear skin during my teens even though all I did was wash and moisturize. And then BAM…after my teens…I start breaking out like never before. It can be depressing especially if it’s something you were never used to before. Do…try eating yogurt daily. The enzymes in yogurt balance your digestive track and destroy toxins and bacteria that can cause acne. Stay hydrated, reduce stress, exercise, get sufficient sleep, eat healthy and take a multivitamin. Make sure the basics are taken care of first because you need those for overall health.
