hiya,
i have kept a food diary and i realised i got alot more acne when i was on a junk eating diet...my acne is food related...if ieat bad food for more than a few days, i get acne..and the red type....if i eat healthily my skin looks better.
im using a neem soap, then baby lotion moisturiser and fade out cream for the marks......
also diet works..trust me..before my wedding i went on a healthy diet for 3 months, lost lots of weight and skin glowed.....now post wedding, not so healthy...so skin looking cranky again...
