The Honurable Supreme Court of Pakistan have taken Suo Motto action when a girl written a letter to acting chief Justice..honourable Justice Rana Bhagwandas ....and two bench consisting of honourable..Justice Dogar and Justice Falek Sher ..have ordered the Khalid Ranjha ..the lawyer of Abrar to amend the song in 2 weeks....

His lawyer said that...its Permeen ...not Perveen but SC ordered that in 2 weeks..preset the song with change....

The whole country is in mess..political and judicial...thats not means that the Honourable Courts of Pakistan stop fuctioning about the human rights of common citizens...When the girl wrote a letter...as usual in "Judicial Activism" era..which was started by Chief Justice Ifthikhar Muhammad Chaudry...similarly....honourable Justice Bhagwandas took immediate action.....

More than 60 cases have been completed about the poor and needy people in these 2 months..despite of so much cases and political situation...and most importantly the case of lost people is in full swing ..and more than 60 people have been recovered...and more to come out as General Musharraf is under intense pressure to bring out these lost people and ISI...MI...and IB are moving in a mad way......

This is not Federal Court of USA which refused to listen any case about Guantanamo Bay Violation Of Human Rights....as given by the orders of Under Secretary of the Pentagon to the Chief Judge of Federal Court of America !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
