^ PM of Pakistan also went there for Haj and they receive special treatment from King. they also get the chance to give ghusal to Kaaba (though i am not sure about this)…but Pakistan is always in good eyes of KSA.

Correct, i have seen arab kings even accompanying foreign VIP to inside the kabah. Like mushi etc all went inside which is not open for common man. And anytime pak gets a “new PM” then he visits holy sites with special privileges.
