Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
So far only three players have been interviewed by police, Salman, Asif and Aamir. Their mobiles have been confiscated by police.

Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
Yeah yeah, innocent till proven guilty, blah blah blah I get it, but we all know these players are in deep sh* (and they know it too, watch Butt's press conference after the 4th test). It doesn't matter whether it's the brightest Pakistani prospect in years or the chooha known as Malik, if found guilty, nothing short of a life ban would set the right example.*
Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
If proven guilty, they should all be banned for life. We have to wait till they have been proven guilty, right now it is only accusations.
I expect PCB to temporarily ban all players involved and then un-ban them all after a few weeks.
Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
Aamer may be saved because he is very young he is still a kid, but kamran akmal dropping easy catches now we know why and mohammed asif who previous was accused of drug smuggling should be banned 4 life no excuses!
Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
Well as we stand today, in order for Aamir and others to come clean, court has to give not-guilty verdict in VERY CLEAR WORDS (which seems unlikely at this point). Any other reason such as case thrown out due to lack or evidence or some other "Technical" mistake will cast the doubts on these cricketers for the rest of the life.
Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
I don't know how any sane person would believe in the suspicious video with not so credible news site which may have got millions of hits only because of this news( may be more than it have got in its life time), i have searched the website and it is full of BS stories... i guess it is there job to create sensation and make money out of it...
About the silence of the team/accused member, any lawyer would have advised them to keep silent until case moves to the court, the public/press statements might not be helpful as it is not a media war where they are bound to respond... even if i am accused of something, i would rather answer it in the court room... as it would give me enough evidence to sue the accuser....
No court in the world can convict any of the the accused cricketer on the evidence leaked by this news-site...
We Pakistanies need to grow up... we are too emotional towards these kind of things... there is still lot to be proved... the cricketers are innocent until proved guilty.. i know some Indians who cannot digest the success of Pakistani fast bowlers, may not be wait till the reports and would still continue to accuse Pakistani cricketers...
Re: Aamer - What a disappointment!!
you'd think they would have learned their lessons... esp Asif
