The whole State Park has many such places.. Goat Island and Three Sisters Islands are a little secluded and make for better spots too.

When we went to Niagara last year, we stayed here

I'll dig up some pics later on which we took from our hotel room and post here. The view from Canadian side, for the horse-shoe falls and the American falls is pretty awesome.

U even remember where the window to your room was??

Yeah, we had the corner room plus the one next to it, both facing the falls.

Ok, here you go...

These pics are from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, taken from our hotel room, which I indicated previously. These were taken a few days before Christmas Eve of 2002. You can see parts of snow on the sidewalk. And it was freezing cold, but so much fun.

***This is a complete overview. On the right side, you see the famous horse-shoe falls. On the left side you see the American Falls.

Right next to the American Falls, you can now see the bridge which connects Canada to America. I think its called Rainbow bridge. Not 100% sure.

Here is a closer view of the horse-shoe falls.

Here you can see the Vista Point for the falls which also includes a mini-shopping complex and a restaurant. You can also see parts of melting snow.

The following three pics have some facts about the falls as posted in the internal tunnels which lead to observation decks on the lower levels of the falls.

Faisal, I have much prettier pictures of the falls ... cause they were taken during the summer time. Pakistani Abroad, do I have your permission to post them??
