A tribute to Vital Signs on Indus Music

Re: A tribute to Vital Signs on Indus Music

I watched it Saby, and i agree not a fitting tribute at all but a good effort yes.
I was SO nostalgic watching it!

but i was also annoyed at some points. Najam Shiraz dissected 'Ye Shaam' and it hurt my ears. It's such a delicate song, i think i cant bear anyone else singing it. I thank IM a million times for not inviting Mizrab to sing their God forsaken verison of "Dil Dil Pakistan" :D Shahzad Roy sang "tere liye" well but his Bryan Adams insertion was lame :p Surprisingly this new guy Omer Inayat sang "Tum Door thay" very well, but his movements were annyoing.

I dug out my "Geetar 93" VHS few days ago, and plan to go dwon memory lane as i find time. :) I still think these songs, if put on the charts today will push all these nowcomers down by a huge margin.
