What helps is what I call 'silly thoughts'...
Just start making things up in your imaginination...Start off with a seed, growing into a tree with flowers that bud into fruits which look like eyes and as each eye drops a tear, the place where the tear falls, a lizard appears, suddenly there is an army of lizard marching towards a castle in the far distance, as the lizards march towards the castle, they start walking on on two legs, they grow green in color and sprout horns and grow to human size as the castle draws near, they approach it, but the drawbridge is closed and the moat is filled with jello with strawberry sharks swimming in it, and the king, who has no eyes and not ears and no nose, just a small opening for a mouth, appears from above the castle and starts shooting the lizards with peaches from his mouth which hit the lizards and they immediately turn into skeletons which run back to the crying tree which tells them to go to another tree, which has ears growing out of it and as the ears ooze earwax, the lizards stand underneath it and are given a new skin, but blue in color...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
