I’m not an insomniac myself…but i’ve heard ppl use lavendar oil to treat insomnia as it is very calming…i think u can add a few drops to ur pillow case, or if u like, put some on urself cos i know some ppl use it in facial massage…sweet dreams

true, i was thinking along those lines. only if i had a luxurious room to enjoy the smell of lavender and to feel good about sleeping. since I’m moving, my room is a mess.
