In Life1, many senior guppies discuss their real life situations using multis. In PA, many people are who are part of admin team participate through their multis just so their personal opinions is not counted as the official stance of GS on that topic.
Trouble making is the last reason why many guppies register a multi. Those who do it for that reason get banned forever anyways.
