This is what I have had since this morning 
For breakfast, I had dahi baray (dahi bhalley) and strawberry cake
For lunch, Chicken biryani and boiled egg
For drinks, half can of pepsi in the morning and coke zero for lunch
I am so full, can’t even think of food now

I know I am supposed to be on diet 
Yesterday I went to a picnic and I had 2 cans of coke, biryani, arabic rice, a piece of chicken, and salad My stomach was about to explode When I go to work during weekdays, I work out everyday, but when I have days off or on weekends, I eat like a pig and don’t work out It offsets all the workout I do during the week
