What would the share of votes be for each group of the political spectrum?
If the there are no restrictions, I think Nawaz Sharif will win the elections hands down.
However I think he should retire from active politics and concentrate on philanthropic work. Sharifs are the only major Pak family that has done substantial work in terms of setting up hospitals etc.
The next turn on the PML-N group is Shehbaz Sharif. I think he is a go-get-the-things done type of guy and generals also like him.
I would also suggest changing the name from PML N-group to simply Pakistan League. For god's sake Pakistan is a Muslim country so we don't have to stuff everything with Muslim sounding things. Muslim League was a necessity back in the 1930s and now it has passed its useful existence. Let the name PML be retired as well.
I disagree with you on that anti, I think it will be the PPP, even with rigged elections they came out with the largest number of votes. Nawaz has lost his support and his party divided into two pieces, whereas the PPP is pretty much intact.
The agencies managed to create a forward bloc out of PPP after 2002 elections.Big names of punjab like faisal hayat,rao sikander,naurez shakoort and sher afghan all became a part of that splinter group.They with sherpao who was thrown out of ppp by benazir some years back formed their own faction of PPP patriots.In last year's local bodies election PPP failed to make any impression even in rural sindh which is considered their strong hold candidates backed by arbab raheem were successful.Recently nuzhat pathan mpa from sindh joined the kings party.
PML is the establishment party.The guys who stabbed nawaz in the back did the same thing to other leaders as well and nawaz kind of did the same creating his own faction of muslim league after junejo.The establishment managed to form a party consisting of turncoats,other factions who were against nawaz like watto,pagara and chatta.even the best buddies of nawaz sheikh saab and mushahid left mian saabs party.
Muslim League is not what it was in 1906 and same goes for PPP not following ZAB's ideology
All the political leaders have been involved in social work and that is the case all over the world.jamaat e islami and MQM have their charitable wings al khidmat and khidmat e khalq respectively.
Imran khan's politic career is as condradictory as his personal life.He supported mush in the presidential elections but now he is opposing him.Benazir and mian saab to him were the most corrupt leaders of pakistan and according to his opinion they looted the nation's money. now he says that he is with them because he supports democracy but why with the corrupt people even if you support democracy.
The only positive that his party has is that it consists of middle class and lower class and they are somewhat new to mainstream politics and are not corrupt
He will never be able to get public mandate.I think he should learn from nawabzada nasrullah khan who was a famous politician and fought against the dictators but his party remained unsuccessful
