yep they don't, they only launch a missile here and there to kill some leaders, but that is okay because it is all for the good of world, they pickup Palestinians or other people that is also good for the rest of the world, yeah they never start a fight.

they only launch them when their civilians get blown up in terrorist attacks in buses or have rockets fired at them

how many border incursions, bombing raids did Israel do on Lebanon from the time they withdrew from Southern Lebanon until the Hezbollah raid that led to two soldiers being captured?
