your point is that it should be selection by mgmt team, and not election?
I mean we can go back to the centuries old debates on strengths and weaknesses of democracy vs oligarchy etc.
what is the corrective mechanism, what if somewhere alone the line the people who are picked go renegade, and then the chain becomes ppl like them picking other ppl like them, until there is a reformer.
do you know of any user managed, user run successful communities? I would really like to study their operating model.
