#1-- Only a religious authority should give a religious opinion. It is about time that we quit allowing every Tom, Dick, Harry, or even Ranjit from giving fat-fat- fatwas.
#2–The title of this essay “Wesht=Materialisht vs. Easht = Shipi-ritual” is based on stereotypes that only an ignorant politiko could propound. This is what we call “parah likha jahil”.
#3–Our Maulvi Imran sahib Irashad farmatay hain keh “we are told to respect other religions, their places of worship and their prophets.”
This couldn’t be further form truth. How many churches are respected in Saudi? How many Hindus are allowed to open temples in Yemen? Or Iran is at the forefront of protector for all the Sunni sects? Are Bahais and Jews safe in Muslim warlorded world? Heck our Islamists don’t let our own history survive just because it takes the shape of a Buddha statue.

I guess Maulvi Imran sahib needs to be shown pictures from Bamiyan. Or at least he should start reading newspapers.
#4— Mullah Imran sahib is doing another bait and switch when he uses Indonesia example, and slips in Wahabi warlordism.
Hindus have been protesting religious intolerance by Malay Muslims. How many of you haven’t seen the news.
Oh well I could go on to show that Maulvi Imran sahib should stick to Kir-kit. Intellectual discussions on comparative religions is not his forte.
